We offer a free website audit to potential clients. This audit is provided as-is, for informational purposes, and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific ranking outcome. Requesting an audit does not obligate you to become a paying client.
SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes from our services. Any timeline estimates we provide are based on industry experience, not a contractual promise.
To deliver our services, we may need access to your website, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, or other accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed for us to do the work you've hired us for.
Payment terms, including pricing and billing schedule, are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins. Late payments may result in a pause of active services until the account is brought current.
Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for work already completed. Any prepaid, unused services may be refunded at our discretion.
Content we create as part of a paid engagement, such as articles or location pages, becomes your property once paid in full. We retain the right to reference completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services may involve placing content or links on third-party websites, directories, or platforms we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these third-party sites.
Ranketra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We treat client information, strategies, and account access as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
